Daddy took the day off work to take Grandma Pat to the doctor so he took Chase to school, and Nanaw slept late. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he gave her a hug, which made Nanaw very happy. It doesn't happen often. When they got home, Chase wanted to write a note to Mama on the laptop so he did. In the note, Chase told Mama he hoped she had a nice day at work. Then he told her what he did at school and at recess and in computer class. He also drew a picture on the page with the note that he printed out. The picture was of Chase at the computer and Mama. When he showed the note and picture to Mama, she said it looked like she had a halo over her head. LOL. Nanaw came over for a steak and onion ring dinner. After dinner, Nanaw sat with Chase while he did two pages of math homework. He brought one page home last night but Mama and Nanaw didn't notice that he hadn't done it already in school. Nanaw stayed for a short time while Chase did his spelling and reading homework.
