Chase stayed home from school on Monday because he still had a cough and congestion. When Chase got to Nanaw's house, Mama told him he should rest a little, so he did. Then he went to the computer lab for tablet time and breakfast. Mama made an 11:10 appointment at the doctor for Chase. Chase and Nanaw had to wait outside the doctors' office because of the Covid restrictions. Chase weighs 79.8 pounds -- almost 80 pounds! Wow! The doctor said she was 99.9% sure that Chase didn't have Covid. She had Chase do the Covid test himself. He was really good for the doctor's appointment, and Nanaw was so proud of him. Unfortunately, the test results won't be available until Tuesday afternoon so Chase will have to stay home from school again tomorrow. He and Nanaw are excited about that. They had school downstairs in the afternoon, and they'll do it again tomorrow when the cleaning lady comes.
