Mama invited Uncle Mike and Aunt Becky over on Sunday afternoon to watch football and eat grilled hot dogs and Italian sausages. Nanaw came over to join them. Aunt Becky brought along a wonderful game called Yard Pong that she bought at Aldi's. Mama, Daddy, Chase and Aunt Becky played the first game; Mama and Aunt Becky won. Then Uncle Mike replaced Mama, and Chase and Daddy won that game. Aunt Becky is going to Aldi's tomorrow to try to buy a game or games for Mama because Mama liked it so much. Chase had a great time playing, and he'll love having the game. Mama says Chase isn't feeling well; he's congested and has a cough. If he isn't better tomorrow, he'll stay home from school and Nanaw will take him to the doctor. Mama and Nanaw are worried that he might have the Delta variant of Covid because a cough and runny nose are some of the symptoms. When Nanaw left to go pick up a prescription at Walmart, Mama asked her to look for daytime cough medicine for Chase. She bought some and took it back to Chase's house. It was berry flavored, and Chase said it wasn't too bad.
