When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he said he had good news. The teacher told the class that they could bring a stuffed animal along with them for the bus ride to Camp. Chase was very excited and happy about that. Nanaw asked him who he was going to bring, and he said Tee Tee. They called Mama for the pickup call, and Chase told her about the stuffed animal thing. She asked who he wanted to take with him, and he said Tee Tee. Mama was a little concerned about that because she said she would worry about Tee Tee getting hurt or lost. Mama said they would talk about it. Later, Chase and Nanaw were talking about it, and Chase said Tee Tee was his property, and he could bring him along to Camp O if he wanted. This will be an interesting clash of wills between Chase and Mama. Nanaw asked Chase if he knew who his bus buddy was yet, and he said no, they would find out Wednesday. He said it would be either Joey or Will because those were the ones he requested. Chase had a little bit of reading homework; after he did that, he played on the computer for a while. Then he went outside to play fungo ball with big chunga. Next, he came inside to do his 20 minutes of AR reading. He had hockey practice tonight, and Nanaw had to have him home at 5 p.m.
