Nanaw was excited to see Chase's new hairstyle when he came over on Wednesday morning. It looks very cute, and Chase likes it. He kept looking at himself in the mirror. When Nanaw picked him up from school, she asked what everybody said about his hair. He said his teacher liked it and so did the kids in his class; he said they gave it a five-star review. In Nanaw's car, he kept looking at himself in the rear view mirror. Today was early dismissal so Chase had two hours to work on his homework at Nanaw's house before he had to go home and get ready for hockey practice. He had a lot of homework: history, math, reading, English and science. Plus he had to do his weekly writing assignment. He chose free writing as his topic. With free writing, you have to illustrate your writing. Chase decided to write about lemurs and draw a picture of a ring-tailed lemur. In the picture below, you can see that Chase is working on his weekly writing and has drawn a picture of a lemur.
