Chase and Nanaw spent a quiet day at Nanaw’s house, without any outside adventures. In the morning, they played in Chase’s room. One of the toys they played with was a psychedelic van that belonged to Chase’s Mama when she was a little girl. Chase wanted Nanaw to put the sliding door back on the van, and miracle of miracles, Nanaw figured out how to do it. In the afternoon after Chase’s nap, Chase and Nanaw went downstairs for "school." Chase seemed to have a great time playing with the alphabet letters. He took them all off the magnetic board and put them on the floor. Chase also colored and watched the Scout Phonics DVD. He’s really cute when he’s watching – completely immersed in what’s going on.
