Chase got to walk into school with Brady on Monday morning; they held hands as they crossed the street -- it was very cute. When Nanaw picked Chase up, he told Nanaw that he had the book order form in his folder -- he likes his Mama to order books for him. On the way home, Chase and Nanaw stopped at the post office to mail a letter. Sammy from his class was there with her mother; Sammy and Chase were happy to see one another. When Chase and Nanaw got home, they went downstairs to play school. The did a lot of spelling of words, which Chase enjoys. Then Chase looked at some toys Nanaw found for him under the mattress in the playpen. He was delighted to see the Cardinal bird and took it home with him. When they went hometo Chase's house, he insisted on practicing his Can't Stop that Feeling song for Daddy and Nanaw -- very cute. Mama wasn't there to see the performance; she was having dinner with Auntie LaLa at a restaurant where they make a painting -- of a Cardinal bird.
