Mama and Daddy had a party for the Cardinals' opening day baseball game. Uncle Mike and Kathleen came to the party also. Daddy grilled hot dogs and Italian sausage. Nanaw ate lots of marshmallows (toasted and otherwise), plus hot dogs and Italian sausage. Chase was really having fun playing all kinds of games. Mama said they played tag, flew a kite, played soccer and hockey. When Nanaw got there. She and Chase played hockey. Then they played soccer, and later tag. Mama bought baseball decorated cookies for dessert, and Chase really liked them. When it was bedtime, Mama gave Chase a shower and put him in his footed doggy pajamas. Mama read two books to him, Wally Woof and Llama Mama.
