Mama gave Nanaw a picture of Chase in the red plaid shirt he wore to church on Sunday morning -- very cute. In the afternoon, Chase and Daddy went out to Wentzville to visit Grandma Pat. On the way home, they stopped at Dick's and Chase got a whole bunch of little hockey helmets. Nanaw came for a steak dinner -- Mama made her yummy rice also. Chase gave Nanaw a very cool Grandparents' Day card that he made. Chase had leftover Fortel's pizza for dinner. After dinner, Chase and Mama made more snow that came from Dollar Tree, not Schnucks. Nanaw listened while Chase did his 10 minutes of reading. He read one of his Humphrey books and he brought the stuffed Humphrey to listen to the story at the kitchen table. Mama went to Dairy Queen to get ice cream for everyone. While she was gone, Chase did four workbook pages and asked to read a Biscuit story -- yay for that. Chase had a mini-blizzard, Mama and Nanaw had hot fudge sundaes, and Daddy had a Reese's thing.
