Mama was off work today so she went with Chase and Nanaw to Clayton Laptime. Chase was quite the little performer at Laptime. He did a lot of clapping and cheering, and he did an impressive amount of the motions for the songs and books and seems to have learned quite a bit. Once again, he didn’t need to be distracted by the books and toys in his Elmo backpack, which is a good thing. Mama, Chase and Nanaw had to leave Laptime early because Mama was going to the Cardinals playoff baseball game with Aunt Teresa. Because of the ballgame, Mama had to postpone plans to visit Pumpkin Blossom Hill on Friday afternoon with Chase, Daddy and Nanaw. Tentatively, the pumpkin patch visit might be rescheduled to Sunday afternoon.
