Chase wasn’t feeling too well today. He had a slight temperature and a runny nose. But he was still his smiley, cheerful self. He only took an hour nap and woke up a couple of times. He and Nanaw spent an hour and a half at "school" where he watched an Elmo Wild, Wild West DVD. He also played with the keyboard, looked at flashcards and the flashcard app on Nanaw’s iPad. Nanaw took Chase home and then stayed for an experimental dinner: goulash prepared by Daddy from one of Grandma Pat’s recipes. Chase didn’t eat much of it so Daddy fixed him some peas. Chase proceeded to shove a pea up his nose, putting everyone into a panic. Mama used the aspirator and boogie wipes to try and get it out. We don’t know if the pea ever came out but Chase has an appointment for a flu shot on Wednesday so Daddy will ask the nurse about it.
