Chase wore the cutest clothes ever today -- a long-sleeved Elmo shirt with a quilted Elmo vest. Chase and Nanaw went for an early morning walk, returned books to the library and then went to Walmart. After Chase’s nap, Chase and Nanaw went downstairs for "school." Chase’s favorite thing in school today seemed to be the dry erase maker. He sat at his school desk with a blue marker in one hand and a red marker in the other hand and wrote all over his little magnetic board – very cute. He also played with his new flashcards, danced to the automatic music on the keyboard, and watched a taped version of Sesame Street and Super Readers. Nanaw took Chase home and stayed for dinner – a wonderful experimental meal of braised beef in red wine sauce and twice baked potatoes. Everybody liked the dinner and ate lots. Mama and Nanaw had Chase try on the Minion costume and the vampire costume from last year but he cries at the Minion costume and the vampire costume is too small. So Mama says he can be a Cardinal or a Ram and wear his Carpenter jersey or his Sam Bradford jersey. After dinner, Chase, Mama, Daddy, Sam and Nanaw went for a walk in the neighborhood.
