Chase's adventures for Thursday were Story Time at the Telegraph Road library and grocery shopping at Walmart. The stories and songs at Story Time were all about cowboys, and Chase was happy when they did cowboy hokey-pokey. The craft was a cowboy boot to color and decorate with stickers. Chase had a grand time putting stickers on the boot and the surrounding paper. He was excited to take home the secret word paper for book4 for the summer library reading program. At Walmart, Nanaw bought Chase two magnifying glasses or as Chase calls them: "finding glasses." When Chase and Nanaw got home, Chase watched Toy Story and laughed a lot. Then after his nap, when it was time for Chase to go home, he insisted on taking both "finding glasses" home with him. Chase gets cuter and more interesting every day. He talks all the time, especially when he's supposed to be taking his nap.
