First thing on Tuesday morning, Chase and Nanaw sat out on the front porch. Chase played with his pretend fishing rod and seemed to have a great time. Chase's adventure for Tuesday was going to Tuesday Tails, story time at the Animal Protective Association. Kelly Jackson and Jennifer Blome, who both used to be on Channel 5, KSD-TV, were the story tellers. Chase sat on the huge stuffed dog in the middle of the room; he named the dog Rascal, after Uncle Mike's and Aunt Becky's dog. Chase and Nanaw enjoyed going to look at the cats, especially the seven tiny black kittens. Nanaw was very good and restrained herself from adopting one. She's going to wait awhile to adopt and will give her love and attention to TJ and Taylor -- and Chase's kitty Tyler. When Chase and Nanaw got home from Tuesday Tails, they went downstairs to play on the big piano keyboard. Then they went outside to play with the turtle sandbox on the lower deck. When Nanaw took Chase home, they saw a box downstairs with a table and chairs for Chase from Grandma Pat. Nanaw is anxious to see it tomorrow morning when she goes to pick up Chase. Tomorrow's adventure is going to be a trip to the zoo -- the first time Nanaw has taken Chase to the zoo by herself.
