Chase's Thursday adventure was a trip to the Telegraph Library for Story Time. One of the books was about colors, and all the children were give pieces of ribbon in different colors. Then when Miss Kim read about a color, the children with that color of ribbon waved them around -- Chase's ribbon was orange. The children were very excited about waving their ribbons -- very cute. All the children were given free books again, something the library does once a month at Story Time, courtesy of the library foundation. Chase selected a book called "Diggers" about construction machinery. The craft was making a face on a paper plate. To Chase's delight, the craft involved using a great deal of glue, one of his favorite things. After Story Time, Chase and Nanaw went to Walmart, and then to Chase's house to have lunch while the cleaning lady was at Nanaw's house. Nanaw brought noodles (or noonles as Chase calls them) for part of his lunch, and he seemed to really like them, especially with parmesan cheese. After lunch, water got spilled in the kitchen, and Nanaw had quite the clean-up job.
