Chase was happy to walk into school Monday morning with his friend Brady. Brady's mom and Mama are going to the Parents & Friends meeting together, and they're going to have dinner together before they go to the meeting. Chase had to take a Christmas bag to school for presents for Mama and Daddy. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, Brady's grandma told her about Brady and Emma's Polar Express adventure last Friday evening. She said they had hot cocoa and cookies on the train instead of in the room at Union Station. She said the Santa was really good and that Brady and Emma had a wonderful time. When Chase got home from school, he watched the Grinch video and played with his slime at the kitchen counter. He and Nanaw also worked on setting up the train display on the coffee table in the living room. When Nanaw took Chase home, Mama said Daddy was going to take him for a haircut.
