Chase brought his tablet with him to Nanaw's house this morning; Nanaw had difficulty getting him to eat breakfast and get dressed so she asked Mama not to send it with him. He was happy when Nanaw connected it to her "warm spot" as he called it so he could use the tablet in the car on the way to school. Tonight is the school play and Mama, Daddy and Nanaw are excited to see Chase in the chorus singing the Grinch song. Unfortunately, when Chase and Nanaw got home from school, Chase threw up -- Nanaw isn't sure why. He seemed fine afterwards. Chase brought home the "candle" for his Advent calendar, and Mama wasn't sure what it was. It turned out to be a piece of artwork that Chase brought home last week that no one could identify -- very funny. Mama picked Chase up on her way home from work, and Nanaw went down in the back yard to find Chase's swimming pool, which the wind had blown down there. Chase's play was magnificent. The boys and girls in the upper grades did a wonderful job with their parts. The kindergarten chorus was excellent.
