Nanaw went to visit Chase on Saturday morning -- it was a special day because Uncle Mike was there -- he spent the night. Mama fixed a special breakfast -- lots of bacon and a French toast casserole. Everything was delicious. Grandma Pat joined us for breakfast so we had a full house and a full table. While Chase and Nanaw were waiting for breakfast to be ready, they did flash cards in the living room. Chase was really sweet to Nanaw, and she enjoyed that. He did fairly well with the flash cards. Nanaw will keep working with him until he knows his addition facts. After breakfast, Chase and Nanaw played with the Minecraft Legos on the kitchen table. After Nanaw left, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to the Bass Pro Shop to get things for the Rockbridge trip. Next, they went to Walmart, and Mama bought a sweater for Sylvester. He doesn't have a lot of fur, and he shivers when it's cold outside. In the afternoon, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to Aunt Becca's house. Chase had a great time playing with his cousins, Eli, Cesi and Mallory.
