On Thursday morning, Nanaw went to Dobbs for an oil change and missed having her little buddy with her. Then she went grocery shopping at Walmart and still missed her buddy. Tomorrow evening, she gets to have a little bonus time with Chase; Daddy is working late and Mama is going to be out with Uncle Mike.  When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he told her he saw the little kindergartner who broke his arm on the playground. School pictures came home today, and Chase's are cool. Nanaw needs to buy more picture frames. It started to pour down rain, and Chase decided he wanted to go outside in the rain and be a weather forecaster. He had been watching YouTube videos about tornadoes and hurricanes. So Nanaw gave him an umbrella, and he went outside and began doing his pretend weather broadcast. At one point, unbeknownst to Nanaw, he walked out in the rain without the umbrella and got very wet. Nanaw dried him off, then took his picture.
