Mama texted Nanaw early Tuesday morning to tell her Chase threw up twice during the night and probably wouldn't be going to school. Nanaw was sorry that Chase didn't feel well but was happy to get a whole bonus day with Chase. The first thing they did in the morning was to play with all of the modeling clay that Nanaw bought yesterday. They made doorways, food, bowls and other unrecognizable things. The clay is sort of stiff and hard to mold but they managed to make some things. After the modeling clay, they painted. Chase had a lot of fun making new colors by mixing two colors together. He seemed to feel fine and never threw up. He ate his regular breakfast and lunch. He watched Chase TV all day -- which Nanaw likes. He also played on the laptop for awhile, which Nanaw doesn't like so much but which Chase likes a lot. Nanaw is happy that Chase is going to play indoor soccer this fall and winter.
