When Nanaw picked Chase up at his house Monday morning, the first thing he said to her was had she set up Slapshot. Nanaw said yes, and Chase said he was going to play it right away. So that's what he did when they got to Nanaw's house. And when Nanaw picked Chase up, he said that was what he was going to do when they got back to Nanaw's house. Nanaw is so happy that she was finally able to get Slapshot working on the laptop. She was also happy that for awhile Chase stopped playing on the laptop and played hockey with her. Once again, Chase wanted Alexa to play his walk-up song, Light 'Em Up, even though Mama told him that only baseball players have walk-up songs, not hockey players. Chase and Nanaw listened to music on the way to Chase's house, and Chase really liked that. It's amazing how he knows the lyrics and melodies to so many songs. Chase told Mama he wanted to do his reading after dinner but Mama said they had to do it before dinner because she has a Parents and Friends at the bowling alley tonight.
