Chase had two major adventures on Wednesday. In the morning, the first-graders participated in a Thanksgiving Mass and dressed up as pilgrims and Native American. Chase was a Native American and his Mama made a cool headband for him out of construction paper and a brown paper grocery sack. Mama, Nanaw and other ladies got lots of pictures of Chase, as shown below. Chase carried a flag for November and seemed to be having a really good time. Hopefully, this bodes well for his participation in the Christmas play on December 11. After the presentation, Nanaw went to the Train House to renew her membership so that Mama, Chase and Nanaw can go see the train display on Friday. After school, Nanaw and Chase went to Dollar Tree, and Nanaw bought Chase two cars, a pack of Pokemon cards, a thing of slime and one other thing she can't remember. In the evening, Chase had his second adventure of the day: Mama, Daddy and Chase went to visit at Auntie LaLa's house. Chase was very excited that he was going to get to play with Little Will, one of his favorite people.
