Chase and Nanaw had an exciting adventure on Friday morning: They went to the Train House. The weather was cool and beautiful. It isn't any fun to go look at all the trains when it's hot outside. So Nanaw takes every opportunity for her and Chase to go to the Train House when it's cool. They got to see their friend Lynn there. The first thing Chase wanted to do was get popcorn so they did that. Then they looked at the displays inside the main building. Next, they went on a train ride. They counted the bones both times, one of their favorite things. Next, they went up the hill to see the trains. Chase didn't want to stop to see the cars on display. He also didn't want to ride the trolley. But he really enjoyed going in all the trains that were open to visitors. On the way back down the hill, Chase decided he wanted to go look at the cars on display so they did that. In the afternoon, they had school, which is always fun. For dinner, Mama, Daddy, Chase and Nanaw went to Culver's. Then in the evening, Mama and Chase went to Waterloo Walmart to do Father's Day shopping for Daddy.
