When Nanaw took Chase to school on Wednesday morning, she made him carry his backpack with the really heavy book in it. In his classroom, Nanaw told Mrs. Meyer that it was the heaviest book ever and she agreed. When Nanaw picked Chase up, he was very excited to tell her that he got to see their new playground. Evidently, the computer class was cancelled because the Internet was out in the school. So Mrs. Meyer took the class out to see the playground. Chase told Nanaw the new playground has lots and lots of Ninja Warrior things. After school, Chase and Nanaw played a game of Word with Friends; Chase is really good at making words. Then Nanaw had Chase do his math homework. Nanaw is going to ask Mrs. Meyer if Chase is supposed to be memorizing the addition and subtraction tables. Because he just keeps guessing at answers when the problems are in the teens. Nanaw got to have bonus time with Chase because Mama had a hair appointment and Daddy had to work late. Nanaw loves bonus time. Nanaw took a picture of Charlie and Sidney sleeping on Chase's futon, and sent it to Mama, saying that's what the kitties do when Chase is at school.
