Nanaw had a doctor's appointment in the afternoon on Monday so she couldn't pick Chase up from school. So Daddy picked him up. Nanaw got to Chase's house at about 3:15 and took him back to her house. He had lots of homework: reading, history, science and math. He had Nanaw unpack everything from his backpack and then he sat down at the dining room table and began to work. He worked steadily for over an hour, getting everything done. Then he played on the computer. Nanaw asked him about packing up all his work, and he pointed to Nanaw. So Nanaw did it. Nanaw had to have him home by 5:15 so he could eat dinner and then go to hockey practice. After hockey practice, he had a special training session and didn't get home till late -- sometime after 8:30. Mama says tomorrow night is going to be another late one for him, with hockey practice scheduled for late in the evening. Uncle Mike came over and helped Nanaw put up her new artificial Christmas tree. It turned out well. The last two pictures are of the tree.
