When Nanaw dropped Chase off at school on Wednesday morning, she reminded him to bring home his weekly writing and his number the stars, plus any other homework he had. Back at Nanaw's house in the afternoon, Chase told Nanaw that he was so sorry that he'd been mean to Nanaw on Thanksgiving night about the Occulus. He said he would say a prayer for Nanaw, and Chase said he did that. For his weekly writing, Chase chose the topic of "The best things in life are"… He said the best things are family, friends and sports. He also added video games, and said all of those things are the best because they're fun and cool. He did his number the stars homework, then played games on Nanaw's phone. He said he would do his AR reading tonight at home. He said he and Daddy were going to play knee hockey that night. Mama brought home jerseys for her and Daddy with their last name on the back. Chase is going to get his Friday at hockey. It's a fundraiser with Chase's hockey team.
