When Chase got to Nanaw's house Tuesday morning, he brought some of his candy from Saint Nick. He was very excited about it. He found a little toy puppy in one of the candy containers and really liked it. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he said he didn't have any homework for tonight but that he'll have some tomorrow. I told him we were going to take a Christmas picture of him that Nanaw sends in her Christmas cards, and Chase asked if they could do it right when they got home, and Nanaw said yes. Nanaw had Chase put on his red shirt , and they got the Santa hat and the two Jacks. Nanaw took several pictures, then Chase got Hank the lemur and asked if Hank could be in the photo so Nanaw said yes. Nanaw took several more pictures. After the photo session, Chase played on the computer in the computer lab, and Nanaw played on the laptop in the computer lab so she could be around her boy. Chase had some snacks but Nanaw was careful not to give him too much to eat so that he'd eat his dinner. Last night, he didn't finish his sloppy joe, and Mama figured he'd had too many snacks at Nanaw's. When Chase and Nanaw were leaving to take Chase home, he accidentally bumped into the projector in the front yard that puts a picture of a snowman on Nanaw's garage door and the snowman was out of focus. Nanaw couldn't figure out how to focus it so she texted Uncle Mike, and he told her how to do it. The Seasons Greetings letters are still not showing up well so Nanaw will have Uncle Mike fix it the next time he's at her house.
