Chase’s main adventure today was having Daddy make his crib into a big boy bed. Chase called it his open bed, and he also kept saying his bed was broken. Mama said he wouldn’t take a nap this afternoon in the open bed, so Mama and Daddy lay down with him on their bed, and he slept for a little while. When Mama asked him where he was going to sleep tonight, Chase said, "In Mama and Daddy’s bed." Nanaw came over in the evening for a delicious meat loaf dinner, and even got Chase to eat four or five bites of meat loaf – a miracle for him. Mama, Chase and Nanaw went into Chase’s room for story time. Part of the time, Chase "read" to Mama and Nanaw – it was very cute.
