Nanaw had a surprise for Chase when he got to her house this morning: Last night she went to Walmart and bought another kitchen for Chase so he would have one to play with at Nanaw’s house. She also bought a little Walmart-marked basket of play food. Chase was very excited to play with the new kitchen and played with it most of the morning. Later in the morning, Chase and Nanaw went shopping at Walmart, and Nanaw bought Chase a toy mixer to do with his kitchen. Back at home, Nanaw showed Chase the Kuddly Kittens video that the twins used to love, and Chase seemed to love it also. Chase and Nanaw went downstairs for awhile and Chase played in the Thomas house. He bumped his knee, and after Nanaw kissed it, Chase put his pretend phone (his hand) up to his ear and called Mama to tell her he hurt his knee and that he was crying – it was very cute, and it made Mama very happy to hear about him calling her, even if it was only pretend.
