Mama invited Nanaw over for a steak and corn on the cob dinner on Sunday. To everyone's surprise, Chase asked for a bite of steak. (He was eating a cheese and ham and crackers Lunchable.) He liked the steak so much that Mama gave him a steak of his own, and he ate it all down, saying it was really good. So we now have another steak-eater in the family. Nanaw got to take a steak home with her. She ate it Monday for dinner with fettuccini Alfredo -- yummy. After dinner, Mama, Chase and Nanaw went for a scooter ride / walk. As usual, Mama and Nanaw had difficulty keeping up with Chase. On their walk, they saw members of the Etling family. Alaina and Noah stayed at home, they said, because they didn’t want to come on the walk.
