When Chase and Nanaw got to Nanaw's house on Wednesday morning, they checked out the newly planted grass to see if it was growing -- and it really was. Nanaw covered up one of the planters with basil seeds that didn't self-drain so it wouldn't get too much rain water. Yes, it rained again today -- and thundered, but not as much as yesterday. Chase says Tee Tee is afraid of thunder and whines about it. Chase did well with his school work and didn’t complain so much about having school. It worked out better today because there wasn't a Roblox stream that Chase wanted to watch. His favorite part of school is the reading and the snuggling with his stuffed animals. Chase wanted Nanaw to cut a piece of hair by his ear off; he said it annoyed him. Nanaw said no, she didn't want to do it but they would ask Mama to do it when Chase got home. They did but Mama instead asked Daddy if it was time for Chase to get a haircut. So Daddy is probably going to take him on Friday. Daddy has the day off then. Chase was supposed to have baseball practice tonight but it was cancelled because the field was too wet from all the rain this week.
