When Nanaw got back from the little house on Sunday afternoon, she went over to Chase's house to visit him. He was out in his swimming pool having a wonderful time splashing around. Nanaw stayed outside with him watching him play in the pool. He showed her how he could float on back. Then he showed her how he could do the butterfly stroke in the pool. Next he did what he called the penguin stroke, where he kept his arms at his side and flipped them like penguins flip there flippers. He also showed off his pretend golf game in the pool. Mama discovered that Chase had put on a regular pair of shorts rather than his swim shorts. But Chase said, "Don't worry about it, Mama. These are fine." Mama finally called Chase in for lunch so he reluctantly got out of the pool and dried himself off. He got himself dressed and then came for lunch -- a ham and cheese Lunchable. Chase had baseball practice at 5 p.m. on Sunday evening, getting ready for his first baseball game on Monday. Mama didn't go to practice. Instead, she went over to Brady's house to see Brady's new puppy, a chocolate Labrador named Coco. The last picture is one that Mama took of Coco. Nanaw was excited about going to Uncle Doug's for Sugarfire bbq on Sunday evening. Sherry, Dan, Ryan and Greg were there also, and Nanaw enjoyed interviewing them about their boat adventure. The first two pictures are of the pumpkin plants and the basil that Chase and Nanaw planted.
