Today is Mama's half birthday so Happy Half Birthday, Mama! Mama told Nanaw that last night when she and Daddy told Chase his batting average is a whopping .875 and that he's tied with Hunter for best bating average, Case was impressed. Mama said he went strutting around the house, proud of himself. Nanaw wishes she could have seen that. Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase from five years ago on Facebook when he was 3 1/2 and wearing darling Thomas PJs and standing by his toddler / junior bed. Today, Chase managed to complete all of his schoolwork in one hour. He had two incentives to get everything done: At 12:30, Mrs. Forth would be on Room 9 and KreekKraft would be doing his live stream. In the afternoon, the man from the deck company came to measure Nanaw's decks so he can give her an estimate on a new deck. Later, Nanaw was taking pictures of Chase, and he began to make funny faces so Nanaw took pictures of that. In the evening, Nanaw went to the library and picked up a book for Mama and two books on tape and a movie for herself. Then she went to Walmart and bought a wagon to haul chairs, etc. at Chase's baseball games.
