Daddy had the day off on Monday, and he took Chase to Triple Lakes golf course to play golf. They only played six holes but Chase said they had a good time, and Daddy said Chase did well with his golfing. After they played golf, Daddy took Chase to Great Clips to get a haircut for back to school. Next, they went home so Chase could get his stuffed animals to take to Nanaw's house. Much to Mama's distress, Chase didn't take any of the Jacks with him. Mama usually makes sure Chase packs Jacks to go to Nanaw's house. Nanaw was very happy to see Chase and to see his haircut. She kept rubbing his head. Chase was in a really good mood and didn't even fuss when it was time for school. He was excited about Room 9 being new instead of a repeat. It was supposed to end July 31 but they must have extended it. Chase was supposed to have baseball practice on Monday night but it was moved to Tuesday night. That means the night before the first day of school ice cream at Marie's has to be moved to Wednesday, the night after the first day of school. Tomorrow Mama is taking the day off from work, and Mama, Chase and Nanaw are going to have an adventure. Yay! Mama sent Nanaw two first day of school pictures of Chase: The first one is three years ago when Chase was entering kindergarten; the second one was four years ago when Chase was entering Pre-K.
