Mama brought Chase over to Nanaw's house on Saturday morning while she went grocery shopping at Schnuck's. Chase said he had a good time last night at Auntie LaLa's playing with little Will. They played hockey, baseball and beanbag toss. Chase and Nanaw read two of the articles in the answers book from the library. The first article was about penguins (one of Chase's favorite animals) and why penguins live at the South Pole and not the North Pole. The other article was about why people have different colored skin. Chase was scratching a bite on his arm, and it started to bleed. He asked Nanaw why blood smelled like metal. Nanaw said, Let's go look it up on Google." It turns out that because blood has iron in it, that's why it smells like metal. When Mama got back from the grocery store, she gave Chase a notebook that she bought for him to keep the codes for songs in Roblox in.
