When Mama brought Chase over to Nanaw's house on Friday morning, she said he had a cough and couldn't go to school today. It was a very deep, croupy cough. Mama emailed Chase's teacher and asked her to send the Zoom links so that Chase could do distance/e-learning. Nanaw and Chase finally got everything set up, and Chase was able to do remote learning. There were a few glitches: the wi-fi was slow or as Chase called it, lagging. Nanaw disconnected all her devices and then reset the modem and the router and that seemed to help. Chase did a wonderful job with the Zoom learning. He was very cute with everything. William, Hunter and Shawn were also online, at least part of the time. Nanaw really enjoyed watching Chase do everything. He even had art. When Chase and Nanaw got home, Daddy had the table top baseball game waiting for Chase on the kitchen table. He was so happy and excited about it. Chase and Daddy started putting it together. Mama was at the kitchen table putting together the battery-operated Halloween lights she bought from Amazon. It was a very busy scene.
