Mama sent Nanaw a report about Chase's activities on Sunday and a picture of him at Stuckmeyer's. She said they forgot to draw and make cookies yesterday -- they had too many other things to do. On Sunday, Mama said she and Chase did spelling and reading and got that out of the way. She had to clean the bathrooms, fold the laundry and get the beef stroganoff into the crock pot. She also put the candy bags together for Halloween. She made forty and might make some more or at least have the bags and candy ready to make more on Halloween night. After Mama was done with her work, she and Chase went to Dollar Tree to get more prizes for Bingo. Then Chase and Mama went to Stuckmeyer's and had a wonderful time playing the games like ring toss, ping pong, darts and others. Chase liked the bounce houses. Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase sliding down the bounce house. Mama invited Nanaw over for steak on Friday night. She said she had to buy good steaks, and maybe they would go to the meat store in Millstadt on Friday. Nanaw came over in the evening for a delicious dinner of beef stroganoff. After dinner, Chase and Nanaw went downstairs so he could demonstrate his Marble Run to her. He put together his Marble Run and his Marble Racer and made a long track. After Mama had the kitchen cleaned up, Mama, Daddy, Chase and Nanaw had a Bingo tournament. It was great fun. Nanaw won a skull candle and a snowman snow globe. The first picture is one Nanaw took of her morning fire at the little house; she sent the photo to Uncle Mike and Mama.
