When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he had two pieces of good news to share with her: the first was that he got an A+ (25 out of 25) on his social studies test on Kahoot; the second was that he got another sticker from the teacher for having a neat desk. Very good news! After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the little library park. Chase brought along his roller blades so he could skate with Andrew. At first, Chase didn't do so well but then as he skated, he got better and better. Andrew told Chase he was doing really well. Nanaw thinks Chase had a really good time skating except for when he fell on his bottom. It hurt so badly that he cried for a little bit. He sad down on the grass and took off his skates for a couple of minutes, then put the skates back on and skated some more. When Nanaw took Chase home, he and Mama went for a birthday parade for Shawn in Dupo. Mama had planned for them to watch Nightmare Before Christmas in the evening but they ran out of time. Chase didn't win any prizes in the Young Authors' Contest but Nanaw wants to give him Robux as an honorable mention; Nanaw is waiting to hear back from Mama about the Robux.
