Nanaw went over to Chase’s house on Saturday morning for breakfast. Uncle Mike was there; he spent the night. Mama made lots of bacon to go with a selection of donuts. After breakfast, Chase and Nanaw played in the living room with Chase’s bowling set and his lemurs. They played bowling hockey — very fun. Chase told Nanaw about last night’s bowling party with his baseball team. Chase won two games and one of them was his highest score ever. They had pizza to eat. Mama asked Chase to get out his science fair papers so they could work on his project today. Chase couldn’t find them but then he thought the papers might be at Nanaw’s house in the stack Mama gave Nanaw. Nanaw took Chase to her house, and Chase found the papers and he was very happy about that. In the evening, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to Bass Pro in South County so Daddy could get fishy stuff for the trip to Rockbridge on November 4th. For dinner, they went to Fitz’s. Chase got a grape escape - strawberry ice cream, grape soda, whipped cream, and gummy bears. He didn’t eat much of dinner (t-ravs) so he will have that for lunch tomorrow. Mama had French Dip and Daddy had a burger.
