Chase and Daddy went to church on Sunday morning. In the afternoon, Daddy took Chase to a special hockey training lesson. When Chase got home from his lesson, Nanaw went over to work with him on his homework. Mama was already working with him on his Science Fair project. Nanaw had him do his Restart vocabulary booklet, which is due tomorrow, along with his math worksheet and his Restart questions. He worked on his book report, which is due Thursday, and on the overall Science Fair report. Mama and Nanaw feel bad for Chase with this overwhelming amount of schoolwork. Mama is going to ask one of the baseball moms about the amount of schoolwork her son Chase has at the public school. So even though it's unbelievable how much schoolwork he has; he's really good about doing it and not complaining too much. But it's easy to tell how disappointed he is when he can't play on any of his devices because of schoolwork. Mama and Nanaw don't think the teachers consult one another about the days they're giving tests and the days they're assigning a great deal of homework.
