When Nanaw dropped Chase off at school on Wednesday morning, she wished him good luck on his math test. Today was early dismissal at 2 p.m., which was a good thing because Nanaw had to have Chase home by 4 p.m. because he had hockey practice. Chase told Nanaw that he had turned in his book report and his Restart project. He turned both of them in early: the book report was due tomorrow and the Restart project was due Monday. Chase told Nanaw she could look at part of his Restart project on his Chromebook. For the report, Chase did a PSA poster about bullying and research notes about brain damage causing amnesia. Chase and Nanaw have been listening to Mama's Elvis Presley CD to get Chase ready for his trip to Graceland on Friday. They're also going to the Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Motel where Martin Luther King was assassinated. They're leaving at 3:30 in the morning on Friday, and they'll be back at about 9:30 Friday night. What a long day for them!
