As a special treat for Chase on Friday, Nanaw took him to Waterloo Walmart so he could ride on Dino, After Dino, Nanaw took him over to where the trolley is but he wanted no part of it – he started to cry when he saw the trolley so they had to leave immediately.. Very strange that he’s so afraid of the trolley. There’s a figure of Alvin of the chipmunks sitting next to the front seat and that may be what he’s afraid. Friday evening was a great adventure for Chase: his first Cardinals baseball game. Mama bought tickets for her and Daddy, Nanaw, Uncle Mile and Aunt Becky. It was Chris Carpenter bobble-head night so Mama, Chase and Nanaw wore their Chris Carpenter jerseys. They went to get the bobble-heads, then had dinner at Hooters. At the game, Nanaw got to sit next to Chase who was sitting on Daddy’s lap. Chase seemed to have a really good time. He clapped when everyone else clapped and said "Yay" a lot. Chase started to get antsy so Daddy gave him his phone to watch a Peppa the Pig video¸ which he seemed to really enjoy. They left after the 4th inning, after a very successful first Cardinals game for Chase.
