Today Chase is two years and eight months – getting to be a really big boy! Chase and Nanaw’s first adventure was an early morning walk. Then they went to Nanaw’s church so she could set up the e-mail for the secretary. Then they did the day’s main adventure: They went to Barnes & Noble for story time and the Thomas table. Once again, Chase insisted on going to play with the Thomas table instead of going to story time. There were several little children there and as usual Chase seemed to enjoy playing with them – except when they tried to play with his Thomas the Train that he’d brought from home. When it was time to leave the Thomas table, Chase said he wanted to go to story time so they did. It was song time and Chase got up on the stage and sang with the other children – very cute. After his nap, as Nanaw had promised him, they went downstairs to play with his trains. After work, Mama came to pick Chase up. She had stopped at Walgreen’s and bought Chase a plastic fish so he can have an aquarium. Mama called Nanaw later and said Chase seemed most delighted with his fish.
