Chase was still a little under the weather when Nanaw picked him up Friday morning. He had a slight fever so Nanaw gave him Tylenol, and he’s really good about taking it. Chase and Nanaw stayed home today so that Chase could rest and get better. They played trains downstairs for a long while in the morning, much to Chase’s delight. He said, "I so happy to play trains downstairs." He also said something was funny – it’s so cute that he knows two feelings or concepts – happy and funny. He took a really long nap – over four hours. He seemed to be feeling much better when he got up from his nap. Chase stayed late at Nanaw’s while Mama and Daddy went to a Happy Hour celebrating Aunt Becca’s new job. In the evening, Nanaw and Chase went downstairs to play trains and have school – night school!
