Monday was Chase's last day of spring break; he goes back to school tomorrow and Nanaw will miss her little buddy and companion. Chase and Nanaw went on an adventure to the Science Center; it was crowded and Nanaw assumed it was because lots of schools were on spring break. Chase had a really great time, visiting lots of his favorite places: the dinosaur room with new stuffed dinosaurs, the big roaring dinosaur, the dinosaur dig, the sandbox, the smoke tornado, the energy displays, the planet display in the lobby and the Mars displays and Mars Rover. He said his favorite thing was the chickens. There were a group of about 10 chickens in a penned area outside, and Chase and Nanaw went outside to look at them and talk to them. It was great fun. Next, when they left, they went to see the huge T Rex and triceratops outside displays -- very cool. It was a great day, and Nanaw is looking forward to the summer so she can spend lots and lots of days with Chase.
