Nanaw and Mama didn't get to watch Chase's baseball practice on Saturday morning because of Nanaw's niece Linda's death. They had to go notify the rest of the family. Daddy said Chase did really well at practice, and that his hitting was very good. In the afternoon, Mama brought Chase over to Nanaw's house to stay with her until the evening. Mama and Daddy were going axe-throwing with Jackson's parents. Chase and Nanaw played two scavenger hunt games, then went to the library. Chase selected three Dr. Seuss books and checked them out, all by himself. Nanaw checked out a rainy day bag of books for Chase. Next, they went to the Dollar Tree on Lemay Ferry, looking for another Lego base but they didn’t have anymore. Nanaw got some Silly Putty for Chase as his surprise present for their third scavenger hunt game. Chase also got a stuffed ladybug / love bug, more yellow Legos and a ball. When they got home, Chase did the third scavenger hunt and was happy about the Silly Putty. They had dinner, then Chase took a bath in Pawpaw's garden tub. Then it was time for Chase to go home. The second to last picture below is one of Uncle Mike and cousin Lindsey napping in the hospital after Lindsey's appendectomy. The last picture is a combo one of Mama, Daddy and Jackson's parents at their axe-throwing extravaganza.
