Nanaw went to visit Chase on Saturday morning before she and Mama went to Linda's funeral. Chase played hockey while Nanaw watched. Chase and Nanaw were both very excited about the gumball machine Mama bought for Chase yesterday at Dollar Tree. She also bought a bag of gumballs for him, which Nanaw put in the gumball machine. Chase gave Nanaw several pieces of bubble gum. He had lots of fun getting the gum out of the gumball machine. Chase and Daddy went to the recycling event at the Columbia High School to get rid of old television sets -- Nanaw had two and Daddy had one. It was $15 for Nanaw and $15 for Nanaw. Then Daddy and Chase went to the Legion Park to give out baseball uniforms to Chase's baseball team. Practice was cancelled because of the cold, rainy weather but they were still there to give out uniforms. Almost everybody came to get their uniforms. The first game for the team is next Tuesday, and Chase is very excited about it.
