Chase wore his new green winter coat to school on Friday because the zipper came off his black coat, and he can't wear it anymore. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the car wash. Chase announced to Nanaw that he was going to take a nap and so he did. He closed his eyes right away and slept until they got home from the car wash. Nanaw had set the kinetic sand up on the kitchen counter, and Chase played with the kinetic sand until it was time to go home. He had a great time -- he really loves that kinetic sand. Just before Nanaw took Chase home, he tried on his Jason mask and picked up his dagger. Nanaw took a picture of him, of course. When they got back to Chase's house, Mama said they were going to dinner at Tequila's. Nanaw asked if she could go along, and Mama said of course. When Daddy got home from work, they left for Tequila's. They got to sit in one of the cool booths. Everybody ate lots of chips and salsa and the cheese dip that Mama ordered. Chase got a cheese quesadilla, and Nanaw got a quesadilla with everything but chicken. It was delicious.
