Chase had a soccer game on Saturday afternoon. Mama and Nanaw both looked at the schedule and were sure it said 3:30. But evidently there had been a change in the schedule, and the game was at 3 p.m. so Chase missed half of the game. Mama thought he would be mad at her but he wasn't. After the game, Chase wanted Nanaw to come in and play with him. But Nanaw had made turkey soup earlier in the day, and she wanted to go home and pick up the turkey soup so Mama, Daddy and Chase could have it for dinner. So Nanaw brought the soup back, and then played with Chase. First they played with his stuffed animals on his bed. Then Chase decided he wanted to play hockey on his bed. They did that for awhile but it didn't go well. So then Chase wanted to play hockey in the hallway, and that went better. Chase is a very loud hockey played and Nanaw tried to get him to be quiet so that he didn't wake up Grandma Pat. Nanaw forgot to ask Mama if Chase ate the turkey soup. She'll have to remember to do that.
