Chase was all excited about taking Sam and Sylvester to Nanaw's house on Monday morning. The men were coming to work on the foundation of their house, and Mama was thinking the dogs might bark all day. And Sylvester might try to get out. So Nanaw provided doggie daycare. Chase brought along his new doggie blanket that Mama bought for him at Kohl's on Saturday. Mama said he loves his new blanket. The dogs were very good for Nanaw except they ate all the ham she brought home from Mama. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, his hair was soaking wet. Nanaw asked him what happened, and Chase said he poured water on his head because he was all sweaty from playing hockey in gym. What a character that boy is! Nanaw had the Legos and Roblox figures set up on the kitchen counter. Chase and Nanaw played with them all afternoon. Mama came to pick up Sam and Sylvester about 4:30. Then Nanaw took Chase home at the regular time. He cuddled with his very soft doggie blanket on the way home -- it was very cute.
